This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from ddpyoga.com or ddpyoganow.com, use the DDPY NOW mobile application, or use related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. Health and Fitness Data

When you use the DDPY NOW mobile application, we may access, collect, and process health and fitness-related data that you provide, generate while using the app, or authorize us to access through supported devices, sensors, wearables, or health platforms such as Health Connect.

On Android, if you grant permission, the app may access step count data from Health Connect. This may include step count, activity dates and times, and related metadata needed to display and sync your activity in the app.

We may also collect fitness activity information created through the app, such as workouts completed, workout duration, calories burned, progress tracking information, points, streaks, activity history, and related fitness metrics. If you connect supported devices, sensors, or wearables, the app may also process related workout metrics such as heart rate where supported and authorized by you.

We only access health and fitness data after you grant the required permissions or actively use the related app features.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information, account and app-related information, and health and fitness data.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To process transactions

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site, including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

How We Use Health and Fitness Data

We use health and fitness data to provide core app features, including step tracking, workout tracking, workout summaries, progress tracking, points, streaks, activity history, and syncing activity between the app, your account, and supported devices or services.

Health Connect step data is used to show your step activity in the app, support activity tracking features, and keep your fitness progress up to date.

We do not use Health Connect data, step count data, or other health and fitness data for advertising purposes, personalized ads, credit decisions, insurance eligibility, employment decisions, or any purpose unrelated to the app’s fitness and wellness features.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, operating the mobile app, providing app functionality, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Sharing of Health and Fitness Data

We do not sell health or fitness data.

We do not share Health Connect data, step count data, or other health and fitness data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

We may share health and fitness data only with service providers that help us operate the app and provide app functionality, such as secure hosting, data storage, customer support, account services, and technical operations, and only as necessary to provide the Services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or services.

Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we may use certain Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

DDP YOGA uses remarketing advertising services. When visitors come to our Site, third parties such as AdRoll may place cookies on your browser for targeted advertising purposes.

Our Site uses cookies dropped by us or third parties for a variety of purposes, including to operate and personalize the website, help us remember and process the items in your cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, and understand how you use the Site. Health and fitness data, including Health Connect step data, is not used for targeted advertising or personalized advertising.

Information Protection

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All supplied sensitive information is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.

Security of Health and Fitness Data

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including health and fitness data, from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

You may manage app permissions through your device settings, including Health Connect permissions on Android.

You may revoke Health Connect permissions at any time through Android device settings or Health Connect settings. Revoking permission will stop future access to Health Connect data, but it may not automatically delete data that was previously synced to your DDPY NOW account.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the contact information below.

If you use the DDPY NOW mobile app and have an account, you may also request account deletion through the app or through the account deletion method provided by DDP YOGA.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, subject to applicable legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and operational requirements.

We retain health and fitness data for as long as needed to provide the app’s fitness features, maintain your workout and activity history, support your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account or request deletion of your personal data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, including associated health and fitness data, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or operational reasons.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
