DDPYOGA is the gamechanger!
I endorse DDPYOGA for many reasons but first and foremost, is because it WORKS! My life is fast-paced and with that, comes waves of stress & being constantly on the GO. I do the DDPYOGA workouts and I'm set to handle the day! Not only does it clear my mind, it JACKS my energy for the day to handle whatever is thrown my way! What I love about DDPYOGA is I can make it my own, do it anytime of the day and reap the benefits! There is no down side to DDPYOGA! You get what you put IN! I also love the support through Team DDPYOGA, who are encouraging and are so open about sharing their RESULTS. This AIN'T your Mama's yoga, it's truly one of a kind, eliminating my need for a gym membership. I do this and walk my dog, Lambert, everyday around Brooklyn...and I'm set! Thank you DDP for putting out a product I 1000% believe in...JUST LIKE YOU! I can truthfully say I've raised my game in my career thanks to having this as part of my LIFESTYLE.

DDPYOGA saved my life
I've been doing DDPYOGA for over 5 years now. When I started, I weighed over twice what I weigh now. I was morbidly obese. I had severe pain and I could not walk or stand unassisted. DDPYOGA allowed me to work and progress at my own pace. I am healthier now than I have been since before I got hurt.

I started DDPYoga thinking I was in decent shape. I had been working out in a gym for over 7 years. I went jogging all the time with my dog. Tried DDPYoga and the same week started becoming stronger. After 6 months I was 35lbs lighter and in the best shape of my entire life. 2 years later I'm in even better shape. The workouts never get old, and you can make them as easy or as hard as you want.

As a former Marine, with 2 leg surgeries, L5 issues, torn pec, shoulder inpingement, as well as plantar fasciaitis, I was convinced no matter how much worked through the pain, being in shape was pretty much over. Not a good state of mind for a warior like myself, and it led to deep depression and weight gain. One day when I was feeling a little more hopeful I did a Google search on "no impact workout" thinking nothing worth while was going to come up. The first thing that came back was DDPYOGA. I checked it out and watched Arthur's video and said if HE CAN..I CAN for damn sure. The rest as they say is history. Since I have started I have lost over 40 lbs and have regained the STRONG HEALTHY WARRIOR body and mindset I had at 26...and Im 40..and am not kidding at all. These workouts & eating plan are the real deal and easy to follow. In less than a year I am already tackling some of the Extreme and Im not looking back now!

Review of DDPYOGA

I would encourage anyone to try it and anyone who has fallen off the tracks to get back up on it! DDPYOGA is worth it. Trust me on this. Workouts should be fun and you should look foward to them.. DDPYOGA is just that! It can be modified to your level and to whatever injuries you have. This really is seriously for everyone. In a week and half to almost 2 weeks i've lost 8 lbs and my back is getting stronger everyday. I'm really big on workouts that give me energy for the day and ddpyoga does just that as well. DDPYOGA also has a very supportive team that will help you through whatever tough times your having. Lets face it. We all need that support every once in awhile. DDPYoga is the real deal - Awesome Workout
I have been doing DDPYoga (Yoga for Regular Guys, YRG, YRGFitness) since early in 2006. I blew out my back near Christmas of 2005 and literally could not move one night after driving - very scary! I had remembered seeing DDP on Fox and Friends demostrating his new workouts and how they helped fix his back and voila' - I bought his book and started in. When I began I was weighing in at 248# and could barely get around a rugby pitch (I am only 5'11" tall). By the end of 2006 I was walking and running and down to a playing weight of only 225# - stronger and more flexible than when I was playing in college! No doubt the best work-out on the planet for rugby - strength, flexibility and fitness wrapped up into one package. Now I have worn out the first series of DVD's, moved into the DDiamond Cutter series of seven and now Extreme, with mp3 for my I-phone. My weight has been as low as 203# - now at 210# and feeling All my FB friends get this recommendation when lloking for a workout!

DDPYoga...just do it
After many years of pushing my body with heavy weights...injuring myself repeatedly I decided I needed to do something different. I had always heard about yoga...then after following DDP on twitter I started to hear about DDPYoga. After reading more and more about it I decided it was time to just do it. I'm still recovering from a shoulder and leg injury last summer, again, from weight training. But I will tell you this, after 2 rounds of The Diamond Dozen and one round of Energy! I have to say, I'm a believer. While I have a way to go still, I really enjoyed it. My body felt great, no impact is the best part. Looking forward to owning my life. Big thanks to DDP.

Amazing System
I started with DDP back when DDP Yoga was Yoga For Regular Guys (YRG) and then the YRG Fitness System.
I have to say, it is an AMAZING system. You can feel your body working and you can see results pretty quickly. There's a good amount of variety in the workouts so you can pick and choose which you want to do, and there are several challenging ones that you can really build up to.
I've NEVER seen results faster. When I'm doing DDP Yoga regularly, I feel phenomenal. It works out your entire body. The key is consistency! DO YOUR DDP YOGA!
DDP is a really inspiring guy. He's always there to lend a comment or a word of inspiration and he REALLY stands behind this system and its users. I've NEVER seen that with any other system out there. DDP cares. Bottom line.

Ive been doing DDPYoga for a little over weeks and I have to say that I can actually feel the difference. I had weak knees for a while and now I feel like I've never had any problems. The feeling of waking up everyday and just feeling great inside and out is so great! Thank You DDP and DDPYoga I look forward to the results I continue to get with each day of DDPYoga. BANG!!

Bada Bing, Bada Boom, Bada Bang
I've been training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for about 5 years. I was looking for something to add to my workouts that I could do at home that didn't require me spending more money on equipment that might just sit around collecting dust.
My wife and I are into our 3rd week of DDPYOGA and we're addicted. Other people have commented on our results, so that motivates us to make the time to knock out the workouts even more.
Plus we're able to "MAKE THE YRG WORKOUT, OUR OWN". Always switching it up to keep the body guessing - including do the modifications to make it easier or taking it to the next level.
I'm down 5 pounds in less than 3 weeks!

Forget everything you thought you knew about yoga.
I have done yoga as part of other workout programs in the past, but this completely blows it out of the water. In those programs yoga is meant to be a relaxing break from the regular workout. DDPYOGA on the other hand uses Dynamic Resistance to make yoga the focal point of the whole system! You'll do curls and rows without dumbbells or any kind of weights, and there is absolutely NO IMPACT on your joints. I was sore after the Diamond Dozen, which is meant to be an intro to the program and it's 13 (yes, thirteen) moves!
As DDP stresses, you get what you put into it. You can start DDPYOGA no matter what physical shape you are in, and still wind up with results. Plus there is a ton of support at teamddpyoga.com where DDP himself is available to answer questions and give his input. Where else could you get that?!
I would also recommend getting the additional workout package, including Wake Up, which I plan to do every morning, and Double Black Diamond, which I cannot wait to rip into!

Also the weekly radio show will give you inspirational. Physical, because you will see how quickly you lose weight and get stronger. I lost 11 pounds in 2 months! Spirtual because with DDPYoga, it is your meditation and it will help you handle all your stresses. When I began I had to go to therapy for these issues and after 2 months the therapist informed me that I no longer need to see them.
So to put it sweet and simple, if you want to OWN YOUR LIFE This is the place you want to be.

Best Workout Ever!
I am barely two weeks in & I'm already feeling better than I have in, well, forever. In the past I've tried other programs only to quit after a week or less. DDP Yoga is a lifestyle & it's fun, too! I love how everything can be modified in some way to adjust for different levels of fitness/flexibility. Two weeks ago I could not do the downward motion of a pushup (from my knees) without falling. Now, I can do the downward motion & hold myself a few inches from the ground for a few seconds. It's exciting to see such a major change so quickly! If you truly want to OWN YOUR LIFE, then put some BANG into it & order yourself up a set of DDP Yoga. You'll thank yourself sooner than you think.

DDPYOGA is a mix of an amazing blend of things. Family, friends, a healthy positive lifestyle, kick ass cardio ZERO IMPACT workouts, and so much more. Take it from someone who has had 15 surgeries. It has allowed me to recover so much quicker from surgeries than anything else in the past. I went from having sleep apnea, borderline high blood pressure, and could never get my cholesterol within a reasonable number, to ALL of my levels being exactly where they needed to be, all without any medication. I have made some amazing friends who are like family to me. I have bettered myself and now live a very happy positive life. DDP talks about Living Life at 90%, well I like to take that up a notch and LL@99%. Without DDPYOGA, I will leave you with this: I am a Disabled Veteran and my doctor says I would be CRIPPLED if I wasn't using DDPYOGA.

I worked out with DDP in person last year. He basically put me through the easiest DDP YOGA warmups and I was dead tired. Than he gave me the basic DDP YOGA exercises and kicked my ass. I was doing pushups and DDP did a forearm stand right beside me. Than he said the whole time to me if I was slacking Your 30 I'm 55!! Which to this day pisses me off when I'm tired. The change after taking his program. My flexibility is unreal. I do mma and could not leg kick. I can kick like a mule know. Back playing pro basketball again and dunking which is very rare for white people lol. My weight went from 242 to just yesterday 217 pounds. But I feel SUPERHUMAN! If anyone is thinking about trying DDP YOGA. I would highly recommend it and so does CANADA..

I needed help. I was struggling with weight, stress, etc. and nothing had worked. We got a treadmill, it gathered dust. We tried this and that and my motivation died within a few days.
DDPYoga is enjoyable. I look forward to doing it and it has helped me lose some inches AND I have muss-kles (as Popeye would say) again.
BOTTOM LINE: DDPYOGA is worth EVERY penny.

So glad I found this!
So glad this fell into our lap. My husband and I both have been so frustrated with injuries limiting our abilities to work out, as well as working out causing injuries. I have really weak ankles and wrists (jam a lot) and a pinched nerve in my hip. I've always leaned toward the concept of yoga but hadn't found the right one to stick with. This is perfect! We started with Stand Up yesterday and it kicked our butts! I have never felt so energized all day long! Plus, some of those hip stretches actually relieved my pinched nerve temporarily (which I believe will lead to permanently). And I see a fantastic chiropractor who has helped me a lot (and who ordered DDPYOGA on our recommendation) , but these stretched did more than I've ever felt. Also, I feel like I'm not further hurting my ankles by putting impact on them. And I feel like my whole body is being worked unlike when I do my Bowflex or elliptical machine. This is an answer to prayers. Thank you, from the regular guys and gals.

DDPYoga is changing my life. I have been doing it for a short three weeks and have dropped 15 pounds. Proud to say I have not missed a day since starting!
There is a different tone to these workouts than others. You see real people with DDP instead of fitness models or experts. Makes it kind of like a community thing inside your own home. You can expand this even more with Team DDPYoga.
I highly suggest getting all of the DVDs. It allows you to vary your workouts. There are times I am home from work and do not want to workout but I will pop in Red Hot Core or Wake Up for a quick 10 minutes workout so I have done something that day instead of sitting and watching TV. Other days I burn it with a 30 minute workout. Still waiting to see if I can make the full hour here in a couple of weeks!

I just have to say, this fitness system got me interested in getting off my butt and making something happen. I've had a high metabolism for years, but it's slowing down. Now I have to work to maintain. And as a disabled Marine veteran, I have to be selective about what I do for cardio. DDPYoga is something I can actually do AND I look forward to doing it! When I wake up, it's with excitement, knowing I'm going to get a great workout. If I'm working out in the evening, I can't wait to get out of work. DDP steps you up each week, making sure you have all the foundation you need before moving on to the next level. And if you need more time, it's cool. Move at your OWN pace! "Make it your own," is what Page says. It's not about meditation and relaxing... well, part of it is about relaxing, but it's really about KICKING YOUR BUTT INTO SHAPE! If you're looking for something different, something exciting to do for fitness at home, I highly recommend this program.

The combination of cardio and dynamic resistance is incredible. I have been doing the basic workouts (Diamond Dozen and Energy) over the past few weeks.
The Diamond Dozen is a brief intro into the positions that will be used throughout the program. It's great for stretching and making sure your form is polished.
Energy is a 20 minute workout of your legs (every muscle) and your back, shoulders, and arms. I love how each part of my body feels flexible, but like a piece of steel too. This is how I like to start off my mornings.
A guide comes with the DVD's and is filled with a great workout plan for all fitness levels. The final two thirds of the guide is filled with invaluable nutrition plans and recipes.
I would suggest DDPYOGA for anyone who wants to do any of the following: increase strength and flexibility, turn fat into lean muscle, improve posture, remove aches and pains from sore joints and muscles.
